Each rail segment measures approximately 12 meters and is joined using advanced welding techniques to ensure structural continuity and durability. - Butt Flash Welds – performed in controlled environments to deliver consistent quality

NDT Methods Applied Across the Entire Line
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): Effective for identifying surface and slightly subsurface defects such as cracks, porosity, or lack of fusion in welds. It is particularly useful for thermite and flash welds.
- Ultrasonic Testing with Flaw Detector (UTFD): UTFD enabled volumetric scanning of welds to detect internal discontinuities that could compromise rail strength and performance.
