STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY
CT Precise Engineering Sdn Bhd’s inspection body management and its personnel understand the importance of confidentiality in carrying out consistent operation of Inspection Body activities.
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners. All information disclosed and indicated as confidential will be kept as such.
CT Precise Engineering Sdn Bhd shall not disclose any confidential information that includes but is not limited to the following:
i. Information, materials, data, protocols, reports, testing/inspection items, business plans or other information not known to the public.
ii. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), reports, pricing information, customer contacts, emails, letters, records, personnel information and inspection information to any person other than the receiving party’s officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and advisors (collectively “Representatives”) who are directly working on or who are consulted in connection with this matter.
CT Precise Engineering Sdn Bhd will not disclose such information to any parties, unless required by law or authorized by contractual commitments to release confidential information.
CT Precise Engineering Sdn Bhd complies with the ‘Inspection Body Code of Ethics’.
