INSPECTION BODY QUALITY POLICY

The Inspection Body is committed to fulfilling customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements through a strong foundation of professionalism, impartiality, and independence. We ensure high standards of quality and service by employing competent personnel and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement in all testing services. These are carried out in strict compliance with the MS ISO/IEC 17020 Management System.

All personnel within the Inspection Body are required to fully understand and implement the documented quality policies and procedures in their daily operations.


INSPECTION BODY QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  1. Competency Development: To enhance the competency of technical personnel by providing no less than 2 man-days of training annually, focused on MS ISO/IEC 17020 implementation and awareness.

  2. Customer Satisfaction: To maintain customer satisfaction by limiting inspection-related complaints to no more than 5 cases per month.

  3. Process Conformance: To ensure quality control by keeping the number of non-conformities in inspection processes below 8 per year.

  4. Impartiality & Confidentiality: To achieve 100% adherence to impartiality and confidentiality practices among all inspection staff on an annual basis.
